I’ve been with this webhost for about one year+ I think. My first year was good, I didn’t have that much downtime for my blog. But this year was absolutely UNSTABLE! Everyday my blog goes DOWN several times. How would you expect customers would react to that? Take a look at these emails, just look at the date and time on the right side:

And their chat support is absurd! They keep on telling me the same thing every time “Your site is fine now. You will not encounter this kind of error next time.” Com’on! You should be better than this!

Did you find the exact reason on why your blog is going down so many times, you can check things like custom plugins, this is one thing as per my experience which uses extreme cpu and other thing is hits.
I think its not always the webhost at mistake , sometimes its just us not wanting to pay more for our websites which are essential for us.
You can try a vps or something if your website is that important

@Grace: Nope, I’ve tried asking them what was the root cause of the down times but they didn’t give me anything. And when I transferred hosts with the same settings and plugins, it went okay.
I don’t need a VPS yet ’cause this blog isn’t that big yet. But I’m considering it in the future.

I’ve been with Webhostingworld for almost two years now. I have never seen another company strive so hard to make constant improvements and
provide the very best in service and support.
I’ve submitted two support tickets to them, and I’m not exaggerating when I say they were on it in less than one minute. It is not humanly possible to provide better support than that.
The ease of use of their CPanel is outstanding. Hosting plans are very reasonably priced.
I recommend Webhostingworld to everyone. You can’t go wrong with these guys. They are the best.

Absolutely Amazing
I’m new to the web hosting world. I started with another host because of some sites that recommended it. I was naive enough to believe those. After I signed up, I started to read customer reviews of how awful that host was. Even though I had yet to experience it, I wasn’t waiting around to find out. I will add though, I got my prorated refund from them right away (people have said they never rec’d theirs etc).
Anyway, after checking for a new web hosting company (and spending a long time looking at reviews) I went with Webhostingworld.net. They are incredible. I haven’t been with them very long at all but I had to utilize transferring my WordPress over, so I had to speak with their customer/tech support a lot. I used their chat service, and I never had any wait time to speak with someone. They are extremely knowledgeable and helped me move it in now time at all. They also had in depth help pages. Which I was able to follow very easily. Extremely polite and waited with me while I did everything.
I haven’t had any issues, and I have a feeling I won’t!!

I’ve been with Webhostingworld.net for roughly 1 and half month, with 8 sites hosted with them, and more to come.
Their uptime and reliability if phenomenal! The speed of their servers are very fast.
Their tech support is great. They respond within minutes, even if it’s 3 in the morning with a ticket at low priority. And their responses are always helpful and accurate, none of these cookie cutter answers.
Customer Service is great. They have a very nice and loose way, where they’re able to have fun with their clients. I always get a nice laugh to their responses. I understand some people can’t handle sarcasm and all and have said they have horrible support that are rude, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. They have excellent support.

I am very please with my decision to move my sites to The Webhostingworld.net. The hosting is great, but what is really important to me and my customers is their exceptional customer service. Anytime I have a problem, they are “Johna on the Jessica.” I might add that any problem I have had, has been a lack of hosting knowledge on my part. They have been patient and a great resource. I highly recommend them as a hosting provider.

I was searching for a reliable host for my business website. I was also looking for a host that could support WordPress properly.
