Whew, for almost two weeks, I’ve been trying to transfer my blog to a new host. It’s not that I don’t like my old host, it’s just that my old host doesn’t have fsock(); PHP function opened, and it is very important for WordPress and its Plugins to have that enabled.

To those who doesn’t know what fsock(); is, it’s a PHP function that is needed by WordPress to get information on other websites to your blog, like updates and some ads that is needed to be accessed via fsock();. Akismet Plugin for instance, it needs to access the WordPress.com site for your API key to work, and if fsock(); is disabled, those kinds of Plugins won’t work. So without that, WordPress aint fun.

I definitely agree with their personality test. I really am a chatter inside out, since I was 15 years old, I already am addicted to IRC. And still am, and now I’m one of the Services Administrator of ChatX Network, was a Assistant Server Administrator when queen.chatx.net was up.
