They always say, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. True, breakfast should be the most nutritious meal of the day. Why not? You start the day with a nutritious meal, and you’re good to go.
But my problem was, mostly, I cannot eat my breakfast. Why? Because I sleep late, and wake up late. Heh, lazy huh? Nah, all computer guys/girls are always like that, staying up surfing the net and all, you know. Anyways, my real reason why I cannot take my breakfast is, my training for work is 8 PM up to 5 AM. So, when I arrive at home, no breakfast yet, so I go to bed directly and wake up lunch time.
But I had a different day this morning, I arrived at home with my breakfast on the way. Made specially just for me. Heh, what do you know? A surprise I think. Here’s what I ate this morning:
- 1 and a half cup of fortified rice
- A couple slice of Pork Adobo
- A slice of cheese
- A slice of Avocado
- A bottle of cultured milk
- and a cup of nice, hot creamy milk

I’m having my internship, and my duty hours are 6pm to 3am.
But one day I went home at around 5am, and I had a really good breakfast. Hot choco, scrambled eggs and camote chips with honey. Mmmm… feels good, doesn’t it?
