Sasa! Panacan! Tibungco! BUNAWANG!

Ever wondered what that title means? Heh, well basically it’s a yell that “Kundoktors” shout to the passengers to inform or to tell them that the jeepney has this route, sasa, panacan, tibungco and bunawan. Now, you noticed, the Bunawan part of the title has a letter G on the last?
Well, one early morning when I’m on my way home, I usually sit on the front seat of a jeepney, and there’s this one Koreang, I mean Korean who asked the driver, “Bunawang? Bunawang?” Eh? Hehehehe… If you’re living in Davao and you hear about it, surely you’ll laugh.. Hehehe.
It's really nice having a coffee while reading, I'll appreciate it if you treat me one.Popularity: 2% [?]

Hehe. What does bunawang mean in Tagalog? :p

Bunawan is a place here in Davao, so I’m sure it has no meaning in Tagalog

Hello,
I (used-to-be) batang Quiapo the most notorious area in Manila after Tondo, having been born and raised there so, I can relate to that manner of calling on passengers espe. when you want to go to Pasig City, there’s a jeep terminal called ‘Patok’ it’s not the destination but they call it that way because it ‘caters’ somehow to younger generation taste when the driver speeds up and the music is turned loud.Happy blogging.
